These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Ididit Clothing, a proprietorship business operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and services.

These Terms apply to customers located in India and internationally.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Ididit Clothing
  • “Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to the person placing the order
  • “Product” refers to custom-made apparel created by Ididit Clothing
  • “Artwork” refers to drawings or creative content uploaded by the customer
  • “Custom-made” refers to products created uniquely based on customer inputs and not suitable for resale

2. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL CAPACITY

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or
  • You are using the website as the parent or legal guardian of a minor

If you are acting on behalf of a child:

  • You confirm that you are legally authorised to provide consent
  • You assume full responsibility for all actions taken on behalf of the minor

Ididit Clothing does not knowingly enter into contracts directly with minors.

3. BUSINESS MODEL DISCLOSURE (IMPORTANT)

Ididit Clothing operates on a made-to-order, custom production model.

This means:

  • Every product is created uniquely after an order is placed
  • Products are designed using customer-submitted artwork
  • Products cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed

Customers acknowledge that custom-made products differ fundamentally from ready-made retail goods.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT & FINALITY

When you place an order:

  • The order is considered final and binding
  • Production begins immediately after checkout
  • No previews, mockups, samples, or approvals are provided

Accordingly:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Orders cannot be modified or changed
  • Artwork, size, colour, and delivery details cannot be altered

By placing an order, you expressly waive any right to cancellation or modification.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Uploading appropriate, lawful artwork
  • Selecting the correct product size
  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information
  • Reviewing all order details before checkout

Ididit Clothing shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION & HANDCRAFTED NATURE

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The final product is a creative interpretation of the uploaded artwork
  • Exact visual replication is not guaranteed
  • Custom and handcrafted processes naturally involve variation

These variations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Differences in colour due to screen settings
  • Placement or scaling adjustments
  • Stitching or finishing differences
  • Fabric texture or print behaviour

Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for replacement or refund.

7. SIZE SELECTION & FIT DISCLAIMER

Size selection is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Size charts are provided for guidance only
  • Fit preferences may vary
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer is not eligible for replacement or refund

Only size errors directly attributable to Ididit Clothing qualify for resolution.

8. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXATION

  • All prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise
  • GST is applied as per applicable Indian laws
  • Full payment must be made at the time of checkout

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are borne entirely by the customer
  • Ididit Clothing has no control over foreign customs processes
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in order abandonment without refund

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY DISCLAIMERS

  • Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delivery timelines depend on third-party logistics providers

Ididit Clothing shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Events beyond reasonable control

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, designs, layouts, text, and imagery belong to Ididit Clothing and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Uploaded artwork:

  • Remains the property of the customer
  • Is subject to the Upload Guidelines
  • Is used solely for fulfilling the order unless separate consent is provided

11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT LIABILITY

Ididit Clothing:

  • Does not verify copyright ownership of uploaded artwork
  • Does not validate originality or legal permissions

The customer agrees to:

  • Bear full responsibility for uploaded content
  • Indemnify and hold Ididit Clothing harmless from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from such content

12. REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the custom-made nature of products:

  • ❌ No cancellations
  • ❌ No returns for change of mind

Replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong size delivered due to brand error

Conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting images are mandatory
  • Resolution is replacement-first
  • Store credit may be issued if replacement is not feasible

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Ididit Clothing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Indian law.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Ididit Clothing shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Strikes or labour disputes
  • Logistics or courier disruptions
  • Customs or regulatory delays

15. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Ididit Clothing reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
  • Restrict access

in cases of:

  • Policy violations
  • Upload guideline breaches
  • Fraudulent or abusive behaviour

Such termination does not entitle the customer to refunds.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, regardless of customer location.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

Ididit Clothing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will apply to all subsequent orders.
