Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Ididit Clothing

This policy governs cancellations, returns, replacements, and dispute resolution for all purchases made on Ididit Clothing.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, this policy is strict and must be reviewed carefully before placing an order.


1. POLICY SCOPE

This policy applies to:

  • All custom-made apparel sold by Ididit Clothing
  • All domestic and international orders

It must be read together with our Terms of Service and Upload Guidelines.


2. NO CANCELLATIONS

All products sold by Ididit Clothing are 100% custom-made.

Accordingly:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Orders cannot be modified or edited after checkout
  • Customers expressly waive any cancellation rights after order placement

3. NO RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes
  • Design, colour, or style expectations
  • Artistic dissatisfaction

Custom-made products are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.


4. ELIGIBLE REPLACEMENT CASES

Replacements are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong size delivered due to brand error

No other scenarios qualify for replacement.


5. WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A DEFECT

The following do not constitute defects:

  • Artistic interpretation differences
  • Minor placement, scale, or layout variations
  • Colour differences due to screen settings or fabric behaviour
  • Handmade stitching or finishing variations
  • Output quality issues caused by low-quality or unclear artwork uploads

6. ISSUE REPORTING WINDOW

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographs or videos must be provided as evidence
  • Claims submitted after this period will not be considered

7. RESOLUTION METHOD

  • Replacement is the primary resolution method
  • Store credit may be issued if replacement is not feasible
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstance

Approved cases are resolved within 15 business days.


8. FINAL DECISION & ABUSE PREVENTION

Ididit Clothing reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims that do not meet policy criteria
  • Deny repeat, fraudulent, or abusive claims
  • Make the final determination on eligibility

All decisions made by Ididit Clothing under this policy shall be final.


9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

  • Replacement timelines may vary due to customs and logistics
  • Customs duties or import charges for replacements are borne by the customer
