Returns & Refund Policy

Since Ididit Clothing creates custom products, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy except under the following conditions:
1. Eligible for Replacement
- You received the wrong size from what you ordered.
- The clothing or print arrived damaged.
- There was a manufacturing defect in printing or stitching.
2. Not Eligible for Replacement
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Wrong size selected by you.
- Errors in uploaded artwork or incomplete templates.
- Minor color differences between your uploaded template and final printed product.
3. Process for Replacement
- Contact us at support@ididitclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
Your order ID
Clear photos of the defect/damage - Our team will verify and initiate a replacement if eligible.
4. Replacement Timeline
- Approved replacements will be processed within 10-20 business days.
