Returns & Refund Policy

Since Ididit Clothing creates custom products, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy except under the following conditions:

1. Eligible for Replacement

  • You received the wrong size from what you ordered.
  • The clothing or print arrived damaged.
  • There was a manufacturing defect in printing or stitching.

2. Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Wrong size selected by you.
  • Errors in uploaded artwork or incomplete templates.
  • Minor color differences between your uploaded template and final printed product.

3. Process for Replacement

  1. Contact us at support@ididitclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include:

    Your order ID
    Clear photos of the defect/damage
  3. Our team will verify and initiate a replacement if eligible.

4. Replacement Timeline

  • Approved replacements will be processed within 10-20 business days.
