Every Ididit outfit is custom-made with care, just for your child. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Template Delivery

Drawing templates (where applicable) are sent instantly after successful payment

Templates are shared via email and/or WhatsApp

2. Production Timeline

Once the finished drawing/template is uploaded, production begins

Production time: 7–10 business days

As each product is custom-made, production timelines may vary slightly based on order volume and complexity.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders

India: Typically 5–7 business days

International: Timelines vary by destination and customs processing

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier partner

5. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted third-party courier partners, selected based on serviceability and destination.
Courier partners may vary from order to order.

6. Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international orders:

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the customer’s responsibility

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Failure to pay customs duties may result in delivery delays, return, or abandonment of the shipment

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather disruptions

Logistics or courier issues

Government regulations or restrictions

Customs clearance delays

Regional transport limitations

If delays occur, we will keep you informed to the best of our ability.

8. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

A complete and accurate shipping address

A reachable phone number for delivery coordination

Ididit Clothing is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Missed, Refused, or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery is:

Missed repeatedly

Refused by the customer

Returned due to incorrect address

Re-shipping (if possible) may require additional time.
Any additional shipping or handling costs may need to be borne by the customer.

10. Custom-Made Product Notice

All Ididit products are custom-made.

Shipping timelines are indicative, not guaranteed

Delays do not qualify for cancellations, returns, or refunds

Once dispatched, delivery is managed entirely by the courier partner.
